The tradition of Halloween originated with the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain (sow-in), when people lighted bonfires and wore costumes to ward off ghosts. The celebration has evolved over the centuries into the second most popular holiday in the United States, Halloween. We’ve invited MCA artist to share their creepy, eerie, spooky and strange art for this unique exhibit.
