Have you read “The Artists Way”? It discusses creating morning pages by journaling every morning. Create your own writing journal using collage concepts and supplies and or design items provided by the instructor – notebooks, glues/gel medium, gel printed papers, stamps, stencils, etc.

Instructor

Theresa Ely is a mixed media artist working primarily with textiles – fibers and paper. She came to art later in life after a career supporting protection of public lands. Her passion for the environment and her love of the outdoors are recurring elements in her designs. She also enjoys creating abstract designs using color, value, texture and other design elements. She is an active member of the GEOart Collective currently exhibiting in CO and British Columbia.
