Come and enjoy the opportunity to begin building your drawing skills with pencil and charcoal pencils or refine your own level of drawing abilities. Recording what one sees with lines drawn across a paper and using values or shading to create form will be the emphasis. This class is geared to beginning and intermediate artists.

Chris Bonatti – “I have always loved being creative because art expands my world and brings me much joy. My college major was in art and I completed a correspondence course through the Minneapolis Institute of Art. Locally I have taught at Pope John Paul Catholic School and am now offering classes through Pace. In October of 2025, I had a solo show at the Wright Opera House in Ouray.”

Class: Build Your Own Drawing Skills

Supplies: Bring your own drawing supplies: #2, #4 and #6 drawing pencils, charcoal pencil and drawing paper. If you do not have the supplies, you can pay $15 at class time to the instructor for the supplies.
