Come and explore the free-flowing quality of watercolors on Yupo paper. Yupo, a multimedia synthetic paper, has a unique smooth surface which lends beautifully to the fluid quality of watercolor painting. Bright sunflowers and landscapes will be the focus.
Some knowledge of watercolor painting is preferred. This will be a two-session class

“I have always loved being creative because art expands my world and brings me much joy. My college major was in art and I completed a correspondence course through the Minnesota Institute of Art. Locally I have taught at Pope John Paul Catholic School and am now offering classes through Pace. In October of 2025 I had a solo show at the Wright Opera House in Ouray. “

Fee: Session 1 – $ 37.50, Session 2 – $37.50
Supplies: $25.00 payable to instructor (not MCA)
Maximum number of students: 8
Minimum number of students: Must have 5 registered for class to proceed.
Suggested minimum age: N/A
Notes: Material fee of $25.00 will be payable to instructor by the attendee at Session 1 and not handled by MCA. This will include Yupo paper, palette, watercolors, brushes.
